This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy establishes the intellectual property enforcement standards, takedown notification procedures, and counter-notification mechanisms maintained by JAVHD.IM pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512 (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Upon verifying a compliant notice, our technical team disables public access to the specified link locator within our search directory and notifies the syndication source where feasible.

Directive 5: Counter-Notification Rights for Originating Syndicators

If an external provider believes a listing was delisted in error or through misidentification, a counter-notification may be filed under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including identification of the delisted material, consent to judicial jurisdiction, and a sworn statement under penalty of perjury.

Directive 6: Strict Policy Concerning Repeat Copyright Infringers

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), JAVHD.IM enforces an active policy that restricts or terminates indexing privileges for sources determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
