A completed counter-notice must be delivered independently through a channel actually offered by the appropriate recipient and should identify the removed material, include the legally required good-faith statement, and provide contact details and a signature. The local form does not promise review or establish an order or deadline.

3. Material Subject to Reports

This policy covers any content hosted, linked, or indexed by javhd.im that a rights holder identifies as an unauthorized copy or use of copyrighted material, including images, video, and associated text or metadata.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts or submissions associated with repeated, verified copyright violations may, at our discretion, have their access to submission or interactive features restricted or removed.
